Registration for corona vaccine for people over 18 years of age 28 April 2021

People over the age of 18 who wish to be vaccinated can register on Wednesday, 28 April 2021 from 4 PM. You can register on the Covin Portal and Aarogya Setu app.

  The government has made preparations to intensify vaccination to curb the spread of coronavirus. The government has decided to give free vaccines to people between the ages of 18 and 45. 

  From today, people will be able to register for the vaccine. And will not be vaccinated without name registration and appointment. From today, people over the age of 18 will be able to register for the Corona vaccine on the Covin or Aarogya Setu app. 

  The government has made it mandatory for people over the age of 18 to 45 who want to be vaccinated to register at the Covin web port and make an appointment for vaccination and said registration at vaccination centers should not be done at the beginning of the vaccination program to avoid chaos. 

  However, people over the age of 45 can get vaccinated by registering at the vaccination center. The registration process and required documents will be the same as in the first stage.

How to Register on Aarogya Setu App?

1. You will see Cowin's dashboard on the Aarogya Setu app. 
2. After clicking there you have to tap on Login / Register. 
3. Then you have to enter your 10 digits mobile number. 
4. Entering an OTP on your number will verify your mobile number. 
5. Then you have to fill in the basic details like your name, date of birth, gender. 
6. You will then see a page on which you can link a maximum of 4 other beneficiaries with that mobile number. 
7. Then as you enter your Pincode the list of vaccination centers will open in front of you. 
8. From there you choose your favorite center. 
9. You will get information about the vaccination date and timing.

How to do registration on the Covin portal?

1. Go to the Covin Portal (www.cowin.gov.in). 
2. Then enter your 10 digits mobile number and verify through OTP. 
3. As soon as you submit OTP, a new page will open where you have to fill in your primary information like name, date of birth, etc. 
4. Then select the Covid Vaccination Center near you. 
5. Select the timing slot after selecting the center. 
6. Verify and confirm all details. 
7. Your registration will be completed successfully.
